PROCESSING TIME : "WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 3-5 business days.
2. Priority 2-3 business days
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases).

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?

You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via
Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us.
Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
